This class will educate REALTORS® on how to handle real estate transactions involving property held in a trust or to be held in a trust. The course addresses how a trust is fonned, the requirements of holding title in the name of a trust, the benefits of holding title in a trust, and common issues that a REALTOR® may encounter in a transaction involving a trust. The course also addresses ways in which these issues can be avoided and remedies that can be used if they occur. By providing a baseline of knowledge regarding trusts and how they operate, this course should allow Realtors to better serve their clients, making the closing process smooth and without unnecessary or costly complications.

The class has a NO refund cancellation or transfer policy. Additionally, if 10 minutes or more of the class you registered for is missed, you WILL NOT receive any DPOR or Designation/Certification credit if applicable.
