Real estate agents attending this class will be exposed to the typical situations that cause problems during or at settlement. This class takes the agent through the appropriate steps in the contract and closing process in order to alleviate the causes of these problems. The real estate agent, with this knowledge, is able to assist and guide his of her client through the process without hitting the regularly occurring pitfalls that plague the industry. The entire process is served as a more educated and aware real estate agent is a better advocate for his clients and the industry.
