WE DID IT!
Thanks to your responses to the Calls To Action – USDA announced the upcoming changes to eligibility of certain rural areas AND Culpeper County/Town of Culpeper and Fauquier County/Warrenton has retained their RD eligibility!
This was a collaborative effort achieved by Greater Piedmont members working with the County & Town; along with help from Virginia REALTORS® legal team, and all of you responding to the Calls To Action!
And....another great example of your RPAC $$$s at work for you and your clients that will be able to get a USDA RD loan and experience the dream of homeownership!
